Yorktown November 16

VCRN will be in Yorktown on November 16 to offer emotional support.


On October 26, the friends, families, teachers, & the community of Yorktown suffered a terrible shock and loss with the tragic car accident & deaths of 3 beloved teenagers. The impact has been felt by all. Virginia Law allows teenagers 14yo & older to be seen without parent permission. Anyone younger than 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.


If you have been suffering from any of the following:

· Irritability/Anger/Frustration

· Increase/Decrease in Activity Level

· Sleep Problems/Recurring Dreams or Nightmares

· Substance Use

· Numbing

· Confusion

· Problems Focusing or Making Decisions

· Physical Symptoms

· Depression/Anxiety Symptoms

· Overwhelming Grief

· Crying or Being on an Emotional Rollercoaster
